Necesitas a hacer un diagnostico del juego. Va en tu lobby. En arriba izquierda, clic "Options->Game Diagnostics" entonces clic "Begin scan".
Despues, hace una captura de pantalla y subila aqui : [You must login to view link] y luego pone el link del imagen.
